Scheduling appointment in advance with General Director and his Deputies
To have an appointment in advance on private matters you should deal with the receptionist on the phone (Monday – Friday from 8am to 4.30pm, lunch break from 12pm to 12.30pm): 20-21; 20-22 (ext.), 543-52-52 (landline), 543-52-52 (landline) or in room No 411 (Administration). To have an appointment with General Director’ Deputies you should call: 543-52-52. An appointment is fixed before 4.30pm on the appointment day eve.
A visitor must make his name, home address, legal address, contact phone numbers, place of work, position, core of a subject.
As for articles 6 of “On citizens and legal entities official appeals” Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-3 dated July 18, 2011 in case of verbal appeal the citizen must submit his ID or any other documents authorizing to appeal on behalf of the third parties.
In case the Executive is currently not available on the day of personal appointments fixed the visitors are received by acting in lieu.
Should issue not be solved during personal appointments the appeal may be put in writing by an applicant. Written appeals are considered as required by the law.
Preliminary citizens’ consulting on issues in scope of JSC “Minsk Plant of Civil Aviation No407” is provided by the Deputy General Manager on ideological activity, legal and human resources issues – Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Pekarskiy (on working days from 8.30am to12.pm, room 409 of Administration building, floor 4, tel. 543-52-05, ext. 20-05).
